If you prefer to use a carousel slider for a header, in the ‘Meta Boxes’ section of this editor change ‘Front Page Hero Type’ from ‘Image’ to ‘Slider’ and then use the ‘Add Row’ button to create slides.

Donation Link

A Donation Link can be toggled on and configured in the ‘Theme Options’ page of the dashboard.

News

A custom post type for linking to external news sources is included. The path to this page is /news . It does not show as a normal page, to add it to menus you want to add a custom link with /news as the URL. It is pre-placed into the menu structure but you can remove it if it is not needed or wanted.
